"Save Your Cash"
We bought a clock from Bling Painting not too long ago. Honestly, it feels pretty low-quality. The hands are weak and bendy. The whole thing just seems cheap. The hour hand doesn’t even sit right on the hour mark. I reached out to customer service (Jean/Shadow) a bunch of times to sort out a return. After asking for a shipping label and a full refund multiple times, they offered me to keep it and gave me $10 instead. I told them that wasn’t good enough since we spent nearly $100. Just a heads up if you’re thinking about buying from this place.

"Our Family Name Sign Arrived and It's Fantastic!"
We got our family name sign and are just blown away by how great the quality is! A few days after placing the order, I realized I had messed up the wording. I asked for a fix and was super happy to see my mistake sorted out. The customer service was top-notch! Shipping was really quick too. When we’re in the market for another sign, BlingPainting will be our first choice.

"I purchased a gift for a bridal shower"
I bought a gift for a bridal shower. It took a bit longer than expected, so the company ended up sending a second one. At least one of them showed up in the end. Since it was a present, I didn’t get to check out the final item myself. I gotta say, their customer service was top-notch. I really appreciate Shadow’s communication and the effort they put in for me. Thanks a bunch!

"Awesome custom flags, fantastic price, quick and attentive delivery"
I got some custom flags for a boating crew. They showed up in just a few days and matched the specs perfectly. I ordered 20 flags in bulk and was happily surprised to receive 21 instead! I'd definitely buy from them again and highly suggest them to others!

"Absolutely Fantastic!"
I got a personalized shower curtain to try out for our mobile pet grooming venture. They did an awesome job with our logo and tailored the background color just how I wanted, plus they sent me proofs before starting the production like I asked. The customer service was incredible and super quick. Shipping might take a couple of weeks, but trust me, it’s totally worth it! I'm ordering more right now!

"Awesome oversized wall tapestry"
This tapestry boasts excellent fabric quality and is super lightweight. It arrived just as I envisioned for the big size and looks fantastic in my space. My room felt pretty bare and needed something to spruce it up, and this tapestry really did the trick. It came folded, and even after unpacking, the creases are still hanging around.

"Wrong Box Sent, But Great Customer Service!"
We got the wrong box for the furniture set we ordered at first. But hey, customer service was on it within a day! After I sent them some photos of what we received, they quickly shipped us the right box for the furniture. Plus, instead of making us send back the heavy wrong box, they told us to just keep it as a gesture for the hassle. Now, the furniture is all set up in our new enclosed porch, and we’re really enjoying it! Big thanks for the awesome support!

"Borrowed by a buddy"
A buddy of mine spotted a pic of mine on Instagram and wanted to use it for a shower curtain. She shared the final product with me, and I quickly sent over three more of my images for some family Christmas shower curtains. I'm really happy I placed my order in October, since they took a while to arrive after I ordered. They look fantastic, though! Thanks a bunch!
